Chase Jarvis has been battling a lawsuit with the big dogs at K2 over copyright/licensing infringements for the past couple of years. Looks as though things are looking up for him/photographers everywhere. This is a great, relatively simple read from Chase's blog and it's a great read for anyone already in or looking to enter the world of professional photography.
