It's got about about 2 months of use on it. It came stock on my Enduro and the dt swiss rim got destroyed this week. I think my next rear wheel is going to be built with a little bit higher end rear hub.

pricepoint has them new for $54 + shipping. How about $30 shipped.

I could also include a pretty good shape rim from an azonic outlaw wheelset. The hub on that wheel died but the rim itself is in pretty good shape. Maybe an extra $20 for that but it would bring the shipping charge up a little bit.

Prices negotiable. I need to stop holding onto bike parts that I know I'm never going to use.

Don't need a hub but just fyi......I built up my rear wheel with a WTB laser disc lite.........it feels good.

And weighs about half as much as that xt.

FYI, lph has destroyed 2 or 3 of those. The last culminated in him throwing his VP off the side of the trail at Downieville. It was an impressive sight. :D

It's an xc hub.

What broke?

I'm not sure exactly what model he had, I just know it was a WTB.

Basically, the internals just shredded to the point that it freewheeled in both directions.

I have video of him doing the Fred Flintstone down First Divide after one such occasion :D

you guys suck, bringing up such painful memories!

it happened twice at the exact same spot. the third time through kidwoo was right behind me and miraculously nothing happened. ;)

in both instances, it started wiht chain suck. this allowed the little cover of the rear hub to pop off and all the little pieces (can't remember their names) popped out.

wtb laser disc, i think was the model.

Oh that's cool......I got the laser disc LITE.

I'm sure it's much tougher.

I think I have my heart set on a red Hope Pro2.

Disc compatible and it sounds like Inspector Gadget is taking this off my hands.
