Can anybody tell me the name of the song and/or artists that plays a short punk song, where the singer repeatedly yells "whatever" right before the chorus. Lyrics go something like "I'm shooting dice in the alley and offeicer LeRoy comes up..........and I'm like yeah, WHATEVER......"
