Anyone been on these? Last year I had a pair of Blizzard Titans, but I want something slightly wider.
I don't want to give up the hard snow capability that the titans had though.
Any thoughts? Thanks

Bump, because I'm looking for some info on this ski.

they were quite praised in few skandinavian skimags.
erm..quickly like this..
-not so stiff flex, but torsionally very rigid.
-quite stable for a light ski, not an explosive though.
-elan mantis 777 like.same feel that atomics have, but more "snap".
-suprisingly good edge hold.
-quick skis in short, falline type turns, yet likes to carve large arcs.
-handles speed very well.
-this had to be the most uninformative reviev ever.

Like Spam said, real light but still able to really set an edge, easy underfoot, quick but you can lay out big super-g turns too. Oh, I don't think they are ugly kinda dug the black topsheet and the the snub-nose tip.

How about compared to the R-EX?
I'm infering from what has been written, possibly a little softer longitudinally? Still pretty torsionally stiff? Was the tip as stiff as the R-EX?
Caddy, what size did you try and how big an hombre are you?
By the way, you suck for grabbin those Soli Race GS's from Aquaswalik (or what ever his screen name is).
I remember looking into these as a lightweight touring option since they had a cabon fiber construction. Turns out these things are anything but lightweight. Their lighter than previous models, but are still tanks, especially for their small size.
4.3 kg per 180cm, vs. an atomic rex which is similar in dimensions, but only 3.6kg.
but if you're not trekking uphill with them, who the hell cares
