yeah, she was wearing a swimsuit that had little shells on it. if you look closely, you'll see about four or five on each side.

Lose the shells, tweak the nipples. Also, a lens hood will help the washed out look. Most of that is from sunlight spilling across your glass. Try shading it with your hand - you'll notice an immediate difference.
