A while back, I bought some $75 adaptor kit for a Canon S2 containing a 2x tele converter, a .5x wide angle converter, and some filters. What I got: filters that don't even screw onto the lens, a questionably functional wide angle converter (the pictures aren't THAT bad), and a completely smashed-to-smitherines tele converter. I really wish that thing had been working for the Aspen comp.
I sent these guys multiple emails and called about 6 or 8 times before giving up. That was over the course of about a month, and I don't really care anymore, but I would advise (not that anyone would anyway) DO NOT BUY FROM SOUTH BAY CAMERA EBAY STORE. It sucks ass.

Now really, what kind of quality do you expect for $75? Customer service is a whole different issue though, and it sounds like it sucks too.

That's the point I was trying to make. I expected a mediocre (at best) lens, and that I got. What I expected that I didn't get was to be able to call these people and get in touch with them within a week to let them know they delivered me a package that was Crushed ta baJesus and back!

I don't know if I would agree with "only", but yeah, I think B&H is the "best".

From what I understand. I ordered a Weber S-670 BBQ Grill from them and they have been communicating with me throughout the process so I'd say their customer service is excellent. Are you sure you contacted them and not making stories up to harm their reputation? You must be from the rival companies like 47th Street Photo which I hate so much. They never delivered my Canon Rebel XTi kit and took my money for over my month before I filed a complaint and finally got my money back!
so yea. South Bay Camera is a honest and very reputable Camera Shop.
EXCELLENT DEALS ON WEBER BBQ GRILLS ALSO

Wow, that was pretty blatant. Join date of this month and that's his first post. He even did the ebay-style all caps move at the end there. Posting a message is not the same as making up an ebay listing. All caps just makes it look like you're trying too hard.
