Alright, my computer prowess is basically limited to sending emails. How do I add a picture below my username when I post?

Avatars- cliclk user cp-top of page blue button.
Then next window click on Edit Options. Scroll all the way to the bottom. Cliick on change Avatar,its on the lower right side. Ther have to be 50 by 50 pixels in size if you pick one from your hard drive. Here's an example. I hope you can go from there.
