Contact to TGR

I have got a problem getting in contact with the nice TGR folks !!

It seems the package I ordered with clothes and stuff somehow got lost, and i can't reach the customerservice.

I have tried various emails, inquiry etc. no luck
Does anybody know an email that works, or got another suggestion.
