according to thesnow report (http://arapahoebasin.com/?page=site/snow_report&nav_id=e03d6639d85a3876342366e01349b56a&PHPSESSID=f51cce47ae4ba351a98a5c060e7b1a51) ...yet this (http://arapahoebasin.com/?page=site/run_report&nav_id=161b1d69fde3276b6ef49eb83c7033e3&PHPSESSID=54c7a3076aeca3bf0a01efe44768e744&PHPSESSID=2958d39ee1f1c98d5375741b913439bb&PHPSESSID=f51cce47ae4ba351a98a5c060e7b1a51) shows that 30% of the named runs are closed. And that's just going by trail count, not acreage. I know they always do that, but how do they get away with it? WTF??

they don't include anything in the east wall, upper or lower, in their 475 acres. Some of the 'named runs' are over there.

they don't include any of the east wall in the open/closed analysis. Only 4 of the closed runs are on the main part of the mtn: my chute, 5th alley, the finger and turbo.

All of those are very small discrete runs.

Yeah, I get it. It just seems amusing, that's all. That's some crafty marketing. So when everything is actually open, they're running at what, 150% ? ;)

last season they were 123% open.
