Well, the liners on my Nordica 9.1's are packed out, and I'm debating whether to get new boots or just replace the liners. I also know of a source where I can get some old Flexon shells, and would need new liners anyway. Where is a good source to get replacement, possibly custom fit, liners?

After my Solly liners packed out I picked up a pair of Intuitions. You'll never go back to regular liners....

I second the Intuition liners. I have a pair and they rock.
If you go with them I have the oven and stuff, a few brews and an hour or so and we'll get them done.

How do these differ from say, the Thermoflex liners that used to come in the Flexons? I'm looking for replacement liners that are, above all else, warm and comfortable, my shells are plenty stiff enough to provide performance and quick response, I just don't want my feet to freeze.

I've never used the old flexon liners but intuitions are plenty warm. I've got some in my AT boots and they're the warmest liners I've ever had. In AT boots, almost to a fault my feet get so sweaty. If you've never used them, the interface that's created with the boot might change your perception of stiffness/responsiveness. Those things rule.

either intuition moldable or conformable foams
intuition is a bit lighter and softer, conformable is like a cast and stiffen the boots a bit. both totally rock and make old boot feel money. just make sure your boots aren't beat, cause it sucks to drop coin on liners for boots that are dying.
and the old thermoflex liners are about 1/2 as thick as the new intuitions.
