looking for season rental in truckee/tahoe city

I am looking to rent a house for 2-4 people in the truckee/tahoecity area from Dec-May. Anybody have a house they want to rent? need some roomates? know of a good way to go about renting a place without actually being in n.lake?

Saw your post on TGR. I'm a jetset single guy with a pad in Tahoe that I only use for the weekends during the season. Let me know what arrangements you have in mind. I work as an International Business Executive in the Entertainment Industry and am rarely in one place more than two weeks at a time.

there are numerous property management companies that handle ski leases -- generally from december - april.

try www.tmvr.com. you might be a little late in the game to get the best places, but the longer you wait (the closer to ski season) the more leverage you have in negotiating the price.
