One of my roommates is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so I've got a room for rent in my place, available Aug 1st or possibly a little earlier.

We have 1 bedroom available in 2-bedroom Truckee condo in the Boulders. Rent is $510 plus 1/3 utilities and cable, and the bedroom has a large closet, with a mostly private bathroom across the hall (toilet, bath/shower, sink that shares with office/guest room). The condo is pretty new (2 years old), with a nice modern kitchen, granite countertops, slate kitchen floor, good carpet elsewhere, large bar, living room, deck, washer/dryer, and one garage space.
Homeowners fees/plowing are already paid, and condo has access to a common lawn and volleyball court, horseshoe pits, and barbeques. Walking distance to restaurants, post office and Albertsons grocery store. Minutes from downtown Truckee, 15 minute drive to Squaw/Alpine/Sugar Bowl, plus easy access to I-80/Reno. There's even a small trail network for biking/jogging just down the road at the end of Deerfield Drive.
You'll share the condo with me and my girlfriend. We're not hard partyers, but do like to host bbqs and dinner partys. No pets, no smoking.
