The knee is doing ok. My flexibility is much better as the swelling has gone down more. Skied yesterday morning for my "once a week" day. This whole rest, ice, advil, glucosamine thing really does work...along with stretching everyday and a hot tub once in a while.
I'll be skiing once this week as well, i'm being good-thanks for asking.:D

Edit: i tore my acl, mcl and some meniscus. had surgery 8 months ago.
