JONG me if you must; but does anyone want to have me tag along tomorrow for a tour? (or anyother day this spring) I’m educated, practiced, and equipped but not experienced in the BC. I have another class coming up this weekend and would like to try out my new AT setup. I have only used my AT setup in backyard type settings to be honest. I have been using snowshoes to get around.

I was set on going out myself tomorrow somewhere mellow but I would like to learn from someone with experience. I am 20 years old, a damn good skier (86 days this season) and I’m in pretty good shape. I am interested in learning and just making some turns. I live in PC but I can meet anywhere. I would love to talk about the report and the snow as we go. Think back to when you were the guy looking for the experience. Share the love, I may be the guy above you in avy terrain one day. If you are going out or would like to make some turns, please give me a chance. I’m not looking for anything crazy really, just some time on the snow. You must admit that this approach is way better than someone wandering into the BC alone and Ignorant. So if you think I can handel it, let me know.

Hey Steeler fan...yeah you
I would gladly help you around but just not tomorrow. I can ski on the weekends only. JOB. anyrate I tour in upper BCC. easy mellow shit. I have been backcountry skiing/snowboarding less than 25 times over 10 years and do not preceive my self as an expert. That said I have seen many snow types and conditions over the years. Maybe we can learn from each other. Also I have attended brusher up courses the UAC lectures every year for 10 years now. Never Avalanche safety 1, 2 or 3. sounds like you are in avy safety one correct?

Hey I am fairly well versed but just moved to Utah so I have not spent much time in our backcountry here. Would definitely be up for skiing with some locals.
