hi, i'm looking for a ski partner for feb 23-28 in jackson/bozeman area. have my ticket in hand and car rented, but no one to ski with in the back country. some one please help! i can't go out west and stay inbounds, but won't go out of bounds without anyone...

east coast snow sucks, except for the first storm of the year, skiing before halloween in the best conditionsthis year, and has been downhill from there.

Oh man...you missed me by about a month and a week or so. I was out in Bozeman and Jackson Hole for 2 weeks...ahh, maybe another time.

This year's early season was amazing. Late November and early December had some sweet days (especially if you were able to get up mid week here and there). Definetely can't talk shit about early season this year.

yes, early winter skiing was good, but where did the snow go? i have almost written off going into the backcountry here because we have had 40 degree days right after it snows. now, where are all the people that ski bc out west? i can't believe that no one has replyed to this yet!

I might still be in Jackson then, depending if there is snow on the way, what the cost of extending my ticket would be, and whether my girlfriend would ever talk to me again. If I'm still there, I would be more than happy to spend some time at the Pass with you.

sounds good muleskinner, you must have an avy beacon, or should i bring my extra beacon? also, how has the BC been? pics i've seen have been incredible!! nothing like white mountains, but thats why i'm going out there.

Nope - I have all the gear, spend a lot on time on the pass and park. Hopefully I will be skiing by then and should be able to get you discount tix at the Village

Hey, I live in bozeman, and could show you aroud bridger while you are in the area. They got 30+ today of epic cold smoke. Will be skiing the afternoon of the 24, all day the 25 and 26
