Niiice paintshaker...that's got rat style. With no canisters it's got to be a neighbor-waker.
Personally I'd pull those pedals inboard so I could get some cornering clearance, and find a couple old Supertrapps to weld on the end of the pipes.

I have rearsets, rear suspension, normal pipes, and a different seat for those days when I want to go cornering. It takes about an hour and a half or so to swap everything over. I keep all that stuff around for inspections too. They get all nazi-weird about loud pipes/speedo/mirrors and all that lame-o safety junk in Utah.

Think BEER. Scaring soccer moms with loud pipes is fun.

High Style. A babe slayer.
I seriously dig the pegs.
You got a great deal on a classic looking scooter. (As long as it runs)
now you just need to remove all the pipes, do a stage 3 rejet, and tear around the local mall while wearing some chaps.
