Well, these skis lasted me a total of 1/2 day. They should call it the bambi because it sure as hell isn't tough. I'll wait to see how (Name Witheld) of the Nordica warranty department treats me before I make final judgement. The rep, (name witheld) said he hopes they'll hook me up but didn't defend his product at all. After all, I'm the one who skied them in an area where they might touch something other than powder snow.
The good: These things can whip around on a dime, are stiff enough to handle full tilt screaming runnouts through chop, and stomp landings like no other. Awesome.
The Bad: Sidewall/cap disintegrates at the thought of rocks. I'm not even talking about a break your edge hits but slightly bottoming out on a 4 foot pillow top. Boom, my edge is inside my ski and the sidewall is blown.
Current verdict: No matter how good a ski may perform, if it can't take the slightest abuse it's a worthless product and not worthy of anyone the ski is marketed/supposedly designed for.
