I've got quite a few sets of 997/s900 bindings. I was thinking of breaking a couple of sets that have a few things wrong with them ( black tabs, very worn ,big dents) and offering bits to other maggots in need.

Just seeing if anyone would be interested.

i need a pair of heel pieces of 997/977

not the heels really, but everything BUT the metal heelpiece (all the plastic, metal, rubber and screws...)

Booze and prostitutes on the way if you hook it up...

Ok, I'm going to break a pair of 11-17 997's that i have. So you need the track, plastic etc etc from the heel piece but not the heavy section that holds the spring... yeah ? When i get home on sunday, i'll get some photos of what i think you want.

I don't have any rental AFD's, Only retail. I assume they're different as i haven't played with 997's demos much.

just looked and they are 977's rental

does the afd come off by lifting a small tab on the side of the binding toe?

yeah, basically everything comes off the metal heelpeice. the actual metal heelpeice is still all together, (track, wormspring, lever etc) just the "mounting hardware". pretty easy to take apart, other than the metal clip that the rear screw goes through - sometimes you have to hammer those off a bit. very straight forward, really. and kinda fun to learn how they were made...
