Room for Rent at Bottom of Alpine Meadows.

I have a room for rent in my condo at the bottom of Alpine. 500 yards from the lifts. It is a private room with a full bath. Lease starts from December 5th and goes until May 5th. I will be living there with a friend and we are both working at Alpine. Looking for someone clean, responsibile, male or females.
