The 4th and the 6th were awful good, but yesterday was over the knees in the bowl and will go down as one of the best. Warm temps are coming in tonight and the rest of the week, but for now the dorf is set for the season with an incredible snow pack and the hiking will be stellar for the next round of good conditions.

I was waiting for the first 'dorf report. Glad to hear you guys got some of the bounty. I'd like to make a trip down there at some point this year...

Where is Schneedorf? Is it part of the Sölden ski area?

Roo, the dorf is our hike to area here in the south central washington cascades it's the northern rim of the goat rocks wilderness, easy access, always open, lots of powder when the storms come.
