How to refit Thermofit Liners?

I've got some Raichle Thermofit liners from about 5 years ago. They have only been cooked once, and used for one season. Had a significant foot injury this fall, and my foot is still somewhat swollen. Was thinking I could use the Thermofit liners in my boots until the foot is back to "normal." However, I need to refit the liners for my current foot and boots.
Does anyone know how to correctly re-heat the liners to refit them? Any tips on the process would be appreciated!
