Dear webpeeps - can the quiver pic thread be made a sticky?

hey, that "quiver pic rerun thread" in tech talk has been up and kicking for like 3 years now. any way that could be made a sticky? it certainly gets the traffic, and it being bumped to the top encourages others to post their shit in there (something your usual lurker might not see if it wasn't bumped to the front page)

no harm, but others might not be so keen on the idea. Get a consensus. start a thread, make a poll, have a campaign, choose a candidate, bet on a winner, take the cash, make a down payment and live the dream.
