This knee is feeling bomber w/ the exception of sitting still after sustained activity. Anyone have feelings like that after surgery? Sitting stadium style, Indian style, or standing in place for longer than 5-10 minutes drives my knee mad.
Went out to Antelope Island for over night camp and enjoyed some stars. Rained after we went to sleep like mad until morning. In order to prepare for some new exploratory summer destinations, we filled our packs w/ overnight goods for a short 7 mile hike. Hike was cut short due to turn around because of millions of "no see em" flies. It was hell and proves even menacing today with all the bites I sustained. It was worth it though because my knee proved to hike uphill well and withstood the downhill at a good pace.
Next moves are mtn. biking and preparing for some wicked canyoneering. Finding a job is priority though as the doc bills are mounting up.
