Located in town and offering a great value, this cozy, nicely furnished two bedroom/two bath townhouse sleeps six people comfortably. The complex is on the free winter shuttle route. The unit includes CD. All townhouses face a landscaped courtyard that includes laundry facilities, pool, spa, sauna, tennis and volleyball net. Living Area: Kitchen, dining area, woodstove, deck, and full bath. Master: King bed, ( TV & VCR ) deck, vanity sink and shared full bath. Bedroom #2: Traditional bunk bed plus bunk bed with full bed on bottom/single bed on top,TV, deck, and shared full bath. Maximum Occupancy: 6

Wood Burning F/P, CD Player, Swimming Pool, Tennis, Laundry, King Bed, Extra TV's

The details:
$35 per person for a bed, per night (must pay for bed all three nights to guarantee space) Thursday-Sunday
$15 per person for floor space, per night

Once the total cost of the condo has been paid for, we can either redistribute any excess cash or use it as a 'slush fund' for food and frosty beverages.

DJSapp- I think the beds are full, but we'll count ya in for the floor space.
I'm only concerned about cash for the bed space right now to cover initial deposits- we can square up in Mammoth for anyone needing floor space that weekend.

But count yourself + 1 in for floor/couch space.

I've stayed in this unit and there's lots of floor space in the living room. The living room has an L shaped couch (my friend called it a 5 star couch), and it folds out. If you don't open it up, there's room for like 4 aero mattresses.

Oh, and one of those bunks (a lower) is a full size, not a twin. The king bedroom is an enormous bed, luxurious for one, best for a couple.

I know you can see pics, if anyone is interested, on the reservation site.

If you're making coffee, bring sugar. The sugar thing in the kitchen is actually salt.

WTF, I'm out now? I'm not really interested in floor space, but I was hoping for a bed. I'm only in for Friday and Saturday, but I don't mind paying for three nights. I guess getting in Friday might end up screwing me.

So if I can't get in on the condo I better look for a hotel room. Anyone else looking for someone to split a hotel room with, or does anyone have extra space somewhere else?

I'd definitely like to hook everyone up, but without ever being in the place, I really don't know the 'true' capacity.

Divegirl & Lego & others that have PM'd me- stay tuned. I'm sorry, I'm doing this on a first-come/reserve basis since the condo was booked. :( I'll know on Thursday night/Friday how much extra room we will have. I want to make sure those paying for the condo aren't walled in.

There's a little too much information on this map, but Villa de Los Pinos is in section 10 of the map. It looks like, coming from Hwy 395, you take a left at the light onto Old Mammoth Road then a right on Chateau.

I've stayed at this condo - and you do make a right on Chateau - but you go beyond the complex and make a right at the street that's at the outer border of the complex (I don't remember the name of the street), and park at the little inlet on your right. The condo is just to the right of the parking inlet (if you hit the big parking lot for the complex, you're in the wrong place) it's on this street that's off of Chateau. I post this because it took us forever to find the place.

Somone should pm Paedrus, I know he's got a spare double bed in his motel 6 room.

I was actually going to crash at the Squirrel condo, but I'll leave that space for the formerly camping Mags and anyone that hasn't found a hook-up. It's looking like there's probably a supply shortage for accomodations so I'll keep the Motel 6 room.

Unfortuantely I reserved a room with a single queen bed. The place is now booked solid so I can't change it to a 2 double bed room. Ubersheist and Mach Looney have requested in on it, but it looks like Mach is in on the Squirrel condo, and I don't know if Uber wants floor space or not. I'm sure we can get a fold-out from the front desk. I've got no idea how big the room is so I don't know how many can fit, but if anyone else wants in, PM me.

Edit: Ubersheist is officially in on floor space/fold-out. If needed, we can probably squeeze a couple more in.
