I have some rims to build up for the transrockies, but not for a particular bike or racer, so I want to be able to sell them to almost anyone.
rims are 32h, 26" stans Olympics, so something more light and XC ish.
doesn't novatec, or some ebay brand make a hub that comes with all the adaptors for most XC systems?
hoping for $200 or less for the pair, and bits... (so this rules out hope hubs)

I don't know if you get a deal on them, but my dt swiss 240s seem to fit just about everything. I've gone from 10x135 rws to 12x135 qr in the rear and 15mm to 20mm in the front, all pretty easy to do. I'm pretty sure there is a 12x142 option for therear as well. Fastest rolling hubs I've been on in a minute, something the xc crowd will probably appreciate

pretty sure Hope and Hadley both have conversion kits available for their popular hubs. Hope in particular is really easy to change from QR to 20mm TA. Hadleys are tough to find these days though.
