With little in the way of fresh snow in the forecast, I got thinking about a cat day during my summit trip. Sorry if this has been covered and I missed it.
Does anybody have any suggestions? Or is it even possible to sneak a day with this little notice?
Thoughts?

Targhee is $300 a day, and may have been worth that yesterday. Not for a while, now.

Hmmm, both good options - but both pretty pricey for mediocre conditions once I convert to Canuck bucks.
Likely just hit the lifts at Targhee for a day or hope someone wants to play tour guide - the terrain around Jackson kinda scares me to head out w/o local supportm, even though avy ratings are at low right now.
Thanks for the replies - less than 24 hours to departure, whooohooo.

They actually opened some of the cat territory at Targhee today to hiking. (On the friggin cat track, of all things. No Cats running. It dawned on me that they were advertising and marketing.) And a patrolmen told us how to hike to it thru Mary's - much shorter.
