I lost a Rossi buckle today--noticed it when I was finally getting ready to get on KT which I had been waiting for all day. I went into Willard's Sport Shop (what used to be the Squaw Valley Sport Shop and which is getting kicked out of Squaw next season so Squaw can have a monoply on ski shops in the valley. They're kicking out Granite Chief as well.) The Rossi rep happened to be there and was able to find a buckle that would work temporarily. Fixed it right away, no charge, and told me where to get a better buckle in town,which I did. Thanks to Willard's and the Rossi rep. Last year the shop had the only pair of Griffons in North Tahoe and mounted them while I waited. You'd never guess they were an on the mountain shop from the service and prices. KSL--will I be able to get the same kind of service next year?
