Anyone want to share a room or have floorspace ? (Lodging needed thread...)

I need lodging for the week during the Summit. I originally was going to share a condo with a fellow maggot and some others, but that didn't follow through. I'm willing to spend a few hundered dollars on a room in a condo, although I'm certainly not above crashing on someone's floor.

Anyone have some room? Anyone want to share a hotel room or something like that? Anyone want to share a ride from San Francisco/Sacramento/Tahoe?

Anyone else need a place to crash? This may be a good place to post and remind others...

I'm not sure those dates will work for me. I'm somewhat flexible, but I only have the week off between the 5th and the 13th. With travel time, I'd realistically be looking for a room/floorspace between the 6th and the 12th. Oh well...

How come you foo's be goin' earlier then everyone else? Work conflicts or something? Afraid of the mind-melding properties and alchohol penchants of the Collectif?

I'm still looking for lodging that week too(6-12/13). As of last contact with Hostel X they are sold out on the 6th, but still have rooms for the 7th on. I'm waiting to hear from PlakeSkier if he has a bed, but if he doesn't I will be looking for a place. I'll PM ya when I hear back from Plake and a friend from Cali who may be going.

I already paid for it, so if someone wants to reimburse me a negotiable amount for those nights, I'd be happy to do it (i.e. -- I'll cut ya a discount). It is a room with a King bed.

I will be using the room myself from 10-13th.

i have taken rustys room at the hostelx starting the 5th. rusty and his bro plan on being in the room starting on the 9th. i am leaving the 11th..i can make room for you at least on the 5th thru the 8th, after that its up to rusty if it would be too crowded for 4 of us. there is only 1 bed so at best half of your nights would be on the floor. pm me and/or just look for me at the hostel sometime after 2:00 on the 5th if needed.

Skiguide and ??? (sorry, forgot) might be interested as well. What about the Maggot Summit dealeo? WIth 4 of us in there it wouldn't be too bad? Much nicer to stumble home from the moose and not have to drive. The other thing is last year they had instituted a shuttle that went the last 8 or so miles to the village meaning if you stay at Motel 6 in town you can't drive all the way to the village...

Anyone know of Hostel X still has rooms?

Splat - yeah, I'll leave this weekend sometime... I'm not sure about when. Probably Saturday afternoon/evening. I'm thinking of doing Saturday at Kirkwood, and then driving out eastwards until I get too tired to drive. I'll finish the drive on Sunday, get there Sunday night, and then probably leave the following Saturday afternoon. Then again, I just may get itchy and start driving Friday afternoon/evening.

I dunno. I don't really have any true set plans right now. I sure could use a copilot while driving out there... What are your plans?

Eldo has backed out so there is room in our condo. Share a bedroom with Weibo, there are two twins. Nights are 6th to 12th check out on 13th. Will be a frozens party so if someone whats to meet up there that would work.

I'll be rolling into JH tuesday afternoon. I have no reservations but I'm gambling on a hook up coming together due to someone bailing out. Worst case I'll get a room in teton village and offer up space in it to cut costs to anyone still without shelter. I'll prolly stay in HJH until the 13th or 14th...unless the snow just sucks ass. I'll be heading to SLC when i leave and have room for one.
