Belgian looking for job in Alta or Jackson Hole

Hello

I am Kristof Orlans from Ghent in Belgium. After spending the last 2 winterseasons in Austria, I want to make the big step to the US. I am dreaming of Jackson Hole and Alta but it doesn't look easy to find a job in one of those 2 resorts. Back in Austria, I worked in a skischool but now I am willing to do lots of different kinds of jobs as long if I have the time to ski. I was born in the US, so I am a US passport holder. I am really looking forward to combine skiing in th best snow of the world and the work in a dynamic environment. Can anyone help me or give me tips to find a job in one of those resorts.
