This season I got my first taste of backcountry skiing and realized its potential. I am addicted to the rush and don't know why I haven't been to the BC before. I currently own some rossignol S3 skis and have no clue what is a good ski for touring. I would like to try something with rocker a but don't really know what kind of waist, length, or weight I should look for in a AT ski. I am 5' 6" 140lb looking for something to tackle the cascades in the pacific northwest. Any advice for what to look for or any ideas of what skis would work best?

I swear it reads like a spambot. "addicted to the rush" as compared to what? lift-served? it's a "rush" to not ride lifts? what "rush" is he talking about? Neil Peart, Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson? they're backcountry skiers?

. . . my first taste of backcountry skiing * * * I am addicted to the rush * * * looking for something to tackle the cascades. . . I'll throw a turd in the punch bowl, toss a monkey wrench in your smoke screen and put a bug in your ear, suggesting you pack up your metaphors and kick their asses on a bus sailing into the sunset

The blue ones are the best for AT while the green tend to be better for tele, and red DAH B0MZ for alpine.

whatever you do, make sure they have sweet rocker technology and say so in large graphics
