Valle de Las Leñas S.A., the leading ski resort in South America located in Malargüe, Mendoza, Argentina is looking for an experienced Mountain Manager with at least 5 years of field experience in operation, installation, maintenance and management of Avalanche Control, Grooming Machines and Lift Systems. The candidate must be responsible for all areas related to lift maintenance, mountain operations, short and long term budgeting, CAPEX, hiring and training personnel. He shall oversee the compliance with local and international standards of maintenance, and will be the responsible for dealing with local authorities to get the necessary approvals for operation. He will have a leading role in any resort development, and expansion projects. A team player with demonstrated leadership capacity is a must; the position will be located in the Ski resort. Full time contract is granted with a salary according with International levels and candidate qualifications. Spanish-speaking will be appreciated.
