Cutting the ACL and using the bone saw made me feel a bit queasy for a minute.

i just look at the pictures of charlotte moats in skiing doing her exercises and my knees feel great.

damn, i thought this would be an acl replacement. the bone saw was a suprise. did anyone look at the actual pics. one shot looks like the doc has a fork holding back the flesh.

This Sunday at Alta durring the end of my second run off Collins around 10am I had a slow motion twisting fall accompanied with a loud POP. I go to the DR. in the AM; I'm sure it’s bad... So pissed right now. And now I am sure this season will prolly be a record snow year in the Wasatch. :(

Anyway, here's the real cause of my ACL tear ;) : (the drugs have been making me a little loopy, but I'm fine now I swear)

Check out The Operation from TCL. They have one on athroscopic knee surgery. It is NOT a gentle procedure, I almost had to look away a few times...
