Skiers or riders

If you are willing to sign and return a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA/NC) I will give you more details and put you in the running for consideration for the position in your area. You must be a strong expert skier or rider, be reliable and have strong organizational skills. That's it. Pay is in the neighborhood of $400 per day. I will start sending out NDA/NC agreements on Monday 8.30.10 and you must fax or email pdf back to me with a copy of your DL to be considered.

** Must be able to ski with a day or less notice! **
also have vehicle that can carry 8-9 pairs of skis and or snowboards

This is a 1099 contract position and no taxes will be removed from your check.

Easy all, I should have just deleted this thread. However, I am leaving it up, as I reserve the right launch the program in the future. Several reasons why this specific program did not happen. 1) My primary apparel and gear business picked up steam and swamped me with work. 2) The transportation service provider went back on their word and required a 2 hour minimum which causes the price of the service to be way too high within 500 miles of Denver 3) A record snow year for Colorado last season had many who would participate in the service skiing within the state Correction the following occurred after I put the plan on hold 1) A maggot informed me they were going to attempt to run this on their own without me after I shared proprietary info (the one maggot I trusted not asking to sign a NDA)

Lots of plans are simply plans until executed. This program could still take off at some point in the near future. Anyone who wants to kick me for not getting it off the ground due to the above reasons will not be asked to participate. I did not out the maggot that attempted to borrow my idea last year. However, this will not be my MO for future transgressions.

Also for the record, I have posted in this category a couple of times. I have hired people who have been paid for legitimate work. I am proud that a "pipe dream" apparel and gear business I launched during a recession that utilizes American (Colorado) workers to manufacture and USA materials when possible to construct garments has gotten off the ground. I am running this company so that it supports this community through contributions of time, money, and gear to avalanche organizations, hurt skiers, those who struggle to eat, etc. I believe it is the right thing to do.

I apologize to all who wanted to participate in the program brought to light by this thread. I hope that in the near future I will bring it on line. I myself have invested money, time , and effort in the concept and want it to go forward more than anyone.

Nice to hear that. We have an occasional pow day, especially the last 2 seasons. Mainly just groomed short runs, but it's certainly better than nothing. :)
