I work in Customer Service for Backcountry.com, so receiving great customer service from other retailers always makes my day.

Had some issues with a Thule purchase on their website and was taken care of quickly and efficiently by Issabelle.

One plastic ratchet strap on my Pro MTB II shoes looked fatigued and I have a 62 mile race coming up on Saturday. I called their outlet store in Park City and spoke to Greg the manager, unfortunately they didn't have any extras. Greg gave me Jeremy's # in the warranty department. I didn't even have to make a follow up call to Jeremy after leaving a message, he got back to me the next day. They didn't have any straps for my specific shoe, but grabbed a set off some road shoes(same strap different color) to mail me in time for the race so I have spares. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations!

Two great companies, customer for life!

Same. Sounds like they took care of him when they were trying to get his money. Now that they've got it....

Once I was able to talk with someone Thule was awesome, however the wait...OMG. The website is soooooo close to being good, just not quite there.

Pearl on the other hand, outstanding.
