It is not cheap, but pretty reasonable for those who are in need of such shenanigans. They are now able to get the pop-top installed on all Element models, though I guess they'd be cutting a hole in your roof for the access panel.

Previously they only worked for a select number of model years, that had a sun roof in the back.

I just bought an Autohome Columbus Carbon. Very similar in concept to the e-camper.

About the same price as an ecamper module, but can be moved around and used on any vehicle that has roof racks. Weight is 80 pounds.
