.... this from more than 1 reliable source (hopefully not just rumors)

Titus (Snow Safety Director) wants to keep mountain closed to uphill traffic until next Tuesday the 2nd; as far out as I've seen the forecast storms are supposed to have calmed some by then.

Wed. Nov. 10th they will open Sunnyside, Sugarloaf and Supreme. Whether we will have access to anything off of High T such as High Boy, the nest, etc. remains to be decided.

This is the latest and greatest; will update if it changes or I hear otherwise.

Oh ya, also heard that the cable is up on the upper 1/2 of new Collins; so maybe their thinking just like the old days until they get cable/chairs up on lower half - i.e. ala Wildcat to Germ. Don't really see this happening though with all the PR around the new "top to bottom" lift.

No matter what, there is gonna be a chitload of early season lift served goodies in the next couple of weeks between Brighton, Birdy Bird and Alta

Lucky bastards! :cussing: Don't be surprised if you see a PNW maggot infestation prior to the Cascade snow machine kicking in!
