Hey there...the people we were going to rent our basement to bagged on us - decided not to come out - SUCKERS!!!...However, it leaves us in a bind...is anyone looking for a place to rent? We have one right off the park & ride at 9400s. Give me a shout for more details...it's a cool pad (I think - we own the place!) . :D

We even advertised on the snowbird site - really don't want to rent to non-skiers they just don't get it.

We own the house which is a 5 bedroom 3 full bath 2 (and change) miles from the base of LCC. There are two rooms downstairs, one is taken by my g-friend who is coming in for the winter to ski, the biatch is in Hawaii 'till Dec 1...so hope whoever it is does not mind sharing space with all of us (b-friend & I live upstairs). The bathroom downstairs has a steamshower in it. We all share the kitchen upstairs, but whoever has the downstairs also has their own living room...looking for $350 + utilities for a single and $500 +utilities for couple...shoot me an e-mail if you are interested.

So to recap:
LCC...Hawaiin chicks...steamshowers...
I question the heterosexuality of anything in Utah that:
1) has ever been outside
2) has a functioning set of male genitals
3) can sufficiently navigate the "internet"
Sheesh. Get crackin dudes.

If you had asked this a month ago, you'd have a deposit and a roomie. Will it be available next season? Could very well be interested in it then...

Is this place still available? I've recently made the decision to take next term off and migrate east. I've been looking for an apartment online to little avail, and was going to start a thread until I came across this. PM me if it is, will send pics if needed.

If I had any money at all, I'd pack up and leave today. Unfortunately...I don't.

Try putting up a listing on roomates.com, that place has a huge list of potential renters in SLC.
