Might as well put these up.

Were supposed to be part of an article showcasing the Vholdr ContourHD, the Whistler bike park and the Bike Patrol but the videos were never used

Beth and Justin - both patrollers. Beth is a sponsored Scott rider. She's so small it looks like she'd blow away in a stiff breeze but she sure can ride a bike

Ian and Hector open their day at the Park. Ian rides in from Creekside. Hector is a CARDA avalanche dog and has spent his entire life as a working safety dog. Ian tows him in on the Hector-hauler so that Hector doesn't run too much and burn out.

I think this is the best video of the bunch partially because Hector sure can run fast but also because I stuck the POV camera on him

This next one is just a set of stunning power speed runs off the Garbonzo Chair by Dom Balik. Makes those trails look like sidewalks he does

I think Hector is a better biker than I am.

He is also very good at demonstrating rolling shutter.

Haven't seen Beth ride, but I was the recepient of her paramedic skills, which were impressive.

Fenris. Hector drooled so much he killed the poor GoPro

What can I say? I'm prettier on the outside than on the inside. (Tell her was on back on the bike in less than two weeks though.)

So those things are waterproof, but not dog slobber proof?

I'd drilled a hole in the case to see whether that would help sound - goPro suggested that as a fix in a forum. Enough dog slobber and condensation got into the case through that wee hole.

It's pretty blast resistant though

You should attach it to a dummy and get patrol to trigger a slide over it. Well I guess that is if you've gotten a new one.

Haven't they worked a lot on the sound for the HD one?

I'm planning on tieing it to something heavy and blowing up a 10pounder next to the old Gopro to see how it does. If it survives the footage will be cool.

The sound is better in the new one. Here's a test video

There's a door with built in holes but I don't want to use that in deep snow conditions and destroy the cam
