dare I ask for the old rant thread?

Most maggots don'[t like them because of pre-release problems. I haven't had those problems since I started running the din 1 setting above reccomended. plus mine have been exceptionally durable.

markers work better on pocket rockets due to the unique flex characteristics.

What other binding manufacturer has a term named after it that it is synonym for prerelease? I've never heard someone crash after their ski popped off and complain about a "lookout"

No, but I hear 'lookout' a lot when I'm skiing, usually something like, 'oh shit, lookout, here he comes again.'

Quote from a Marker engineer:
"You zee, our bindings are very precise. Ya. Ve make zhem zo zhat ze release at exzactly ze right DIN. Looks and zillymons are sloppy because zey are made by ze french. Zo zeir bindings release whenever zey feel like it. Our bindings, ze release NOW!"
