View Full Version : Removal of Maxflex riser plates?

I searched, there is nothing on this.
I just scored some Rossi WC200 (PX18) maxflex binders from german ebay for cheap.
Do any mags know if there´s a way to remove the riser plate from under the heel track and near the AFD? Is there a point to doing this? Looks like the riser is only affecting the heel part of the binder.

Not possible. Like Tyrolia Freeflex or the Salomon ZZ interface, the Maxflex isn't really a plate (that's a lot bigger and comes separately), but a metal bar that connects the heel and toe pieces. Remove the Maxflex part and your heel piece will no longer work. The amount of rise from the Maxflex binding is minimal anyways.
