Uploading pics to the User Galleries

Anyone find the Upload Pics button? I sure as hell can't...

You have to log in, then it will show the Upload buttong. Problem is, you can't log in. When you hit the button, it brings you back to the main forum, which shows that you are logged in. Then, when you go back to the user galleries, it tells you to log in again, and so on, and so on. So, it's seems to be a little glitch that needs to be fixed. At least, that's the problem I'm having.
