The doctor said I could go easy on a staionary bike this weekend. I'm thinking that means my trail bike on non-DH trails with flat pedals /lot's of braces at DV this weekend. Keep me posted.

I was diagnosed with a torn MCL and my ankle is still pretty swollen. I had an MRI yesterday and get the results on Tuesday. The doctor actually said to not look at a bike this weekend. Sooooo, AG is going with everyone else to race at Brian Head and I'm staying here to do house work (I don't even want to tempt it). Moose (our dog) and I have a list of house projects that I've been putting off all summer that are at least going to get looked at this weekend. :mad: :(
