I always bitch and complain here about my life in cubicle hell.

So tonight I thought I'd post to say that I'm on my 2nd big glass of wine, I have no work or chores or nothin' to do around here except drink my wine and hang out...and I feel GREAT!

I've got my sister in town (she lives in England), so it's a family weekend - I'm all warm and fuzzy inside. Good wine, lots of laughs, love all around.

Sitting on the deck, listening to the ocean, talking with good friends.

Had beach rum drinks, 3 bottles of wine an onto a bit of limoncello.

Even though the surf remains flat, life isn't bad...

Saturday nights rule. We went to Redhook, played "Who's your favorite waitress?", watched Sex in the City and had sex in the suburbs.

Yay! Saturday night rooled!

Sunday wakeup call sucked as a result.

Unggggh.

And now, some kids have set up a lemonade stand on the sidewalk, right outside my apartment, and are chanting/shrieking, non-stop,

LEMONADE FOR A QUARTER. Lemmmondaade for a quarterrrrrrr.

I'm tempted to deplete my retirement account to buy them out and shush them up!

Update: Just bought two cups of lemonade, and am doctoring said cups with hair of the dog.
