Okay, I just got a new car, but none of the local Thule dealers have the correct Fit Kit in stock. I'm leaving for a weeklong trip on Sunday, and other than paying out my ass for a fed-ex, I have no way to transport my board. Thinking about rigging a temp rack with rope, Bungees, and foam pipe insulation. Keep in mind I'll be driving on I-95 and the Long Island Expressway at very fast speeds for several hours. Anyone have any other ideas?
