If you or anyone you know is going to NZ then you must tell them to hit the club fields. In particular check out craigieburn, they have a website at www.craigieburn.co.nz - it's an awesome place and the people are really friendly.

Went there for a weekend last year and it as incredible spring skiing, I can only dream of what it must be like after a good snowfall.

New Zealand rules. I’ve stayed in Wanaka twice and its sweet…man I wish I could go back!

chippersmullet is right regarding the club fields too. Mt Olympus and Temple Basin are also worth checking out.

Oh yeah…they offer $60 one-way heli rides in the Mt Hutt parking lot as well, but if you got the big bucks...Harris Mountain Heli is the way to go. :)
