So whats your take on this ski? How is it for an all-mountain ski. Im already set for pow, but i need something light, but steady enough for all mountain. Help? :D

i ski it all mountain and like it. i would advise you to get a move-able binder (either atomics, or a solly on a demo track) so that you can move the mounting point up (park) or back (all-mtn and powder).
strong suits...park, moguls, quickness, powder, trees
weak suits...ice, speed, heavy crud
good luck.

Basically if you like to get a good grip on the hill and are over 170 lbs the ski will do nothing but bounce around. As a twin its good, and does well in powder also. But if you like to carve on the groomers it sucks.

I have a pair and mounted them with tele binders and I really enjoy them. Having never meet you, or skied with you, I encourage you to buy them and rip the shit out of the mountain. No other ski allows you to stomp bio-900s and rip pow, corn, and corduroy like the 1080. They make you a ripping skier and a ravishing lover. BUY THEM TODAY!

Ok... must stop urges to flame the newbie... ...you may want to do a search here (http://tetongravity.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&forumid=8) first. Good luck.

I agree, they're too soft.
But, if you are getting them for free or cheap... :p

I also recommend getting the left one.

Got a pair,
would take em for anything except maybe bulletproof plates.
Mount them at least 3 cm back when using it offroad. They definitely do not suck.
