I think I found out on Palin via TGR? I'm pretty sure it was a post in one of the VP threads that was brief and ended with a question mark like it wasn't firm yet.

On learning of Obamas pick of Biden... I had been out parting hard down on Water Street, and my phone had died. Shortly after I plugged it in on the way home in the car, my text update came thru... was like 2:40 AM the morning it was leaked/texted.
