You must have sat with your eyes & ears closed last week too.

Newsflash - Rudy doesn't need to comment on policy. He's not running.

I warned him against posing with Hitler, but you know how stubborn Giuliani is.

those of you with an IQ over 90 should watch it and decide for yourself

Then will the rest of you listen to our opinions?

Which brings up what 'truthful excellent' means...

I thought that was why he was hoping someone smarter than his sub 90 iq would watch it for him.

I just loved the NYC skyline with the missing WTC complex behind him during the whole speech.
The only way he could have topped that would be to show a loop of all three buildings collapsing over and over with the occasional impact shots to punctuate the 'zinger' lines in his speech.

but he's surely qualified to lead the United States of America.... :rolleyes2

Ya know I'm not sure exactly what the Harvard Law Review does, but I've been to Wasilla a few times and I'm guessing there is a bit more prestige
involved with leading the HLR.
You gonna come get your Tyveck or what?

Gulliani thinks a sentence must have a verb, a noun and 9/11.

Not my line.

But then we would've thought he was still running for president.

Nah. He's hoping that watching all that crap will reduce everyone else's IQ enough to make him feel less dumb.

I'm sure the Wasilla city council regularly wrestles with all the important national and international issues of the day. Those kids at that obscure student rag basically just hang out and make fart jokes.

You are comparing the VP candidate to the Presidential candidate....two different jobs entirely....I mean shit....Al Gore was a VP....it can't be that hard.

I think it came from Biden? I'm sure someone here will know, that quote kept coming up at DNC when commentators would review speaker list and comparisons for RNC. I kept thinking about that line during his speech and waiting for the 9/11 reference. NYC skyline for Gul. and mountains for Palin, somebody worked hard on that.

I think it's from Jon Stewart (or his writers). Not sure. But it's funny because it's true.

So far, and I know it is not over, the DNC spent way more time on issues, and less on personal attacks, at least in the prime time slots I watched. I have not heard one reference to issues beyond will we drill the fuck out of everything everywhere.

I realize the whole point of Julie's speech was to attack, but come one, show a little awareness of what is going one, if only to make yourself a little more credible.
