Hello friends, I too have been thinking of starting my exercising schedules but I have a slight problem to which I would like to take advice from you all. Actually the place where I am is very hot and humid and I fear extensive workout sessions can make me dehydrated very fast. So what are the precautions that I should take to prevent this? There is no lack of motivation only this weather is becoming a hurdle. Please give me some ideas so that I can beat the heat and carry on my endevour towards good health.

Take some more of those Canada drugs. I hear they prevent everything from dehydration to toe nail warts.
