Looking at buying a disc wheel, but it's campy specific...can get it at a great price, but I'm running shimano drivetrain. Is there a conversion kit available, if so, is it a total pain in the ass?
Edit: It's a Corima wheel if that makes any difference.

I know of several conversion kits. I'd prefer to stick to one or the other but YMMV.
something like this (http://www.bikemannetwork.com/biking/p/COMPCASSCONV/FW4547) might do the trick. Just respace the cassette and voila!

You can get a shimano freehub body for the wheel and swap it. Probably 60-80 bucks? Find out who the US distributor is and you can order directly from them.

I used a J-Tek conversion a couple of years ago when I got a steal of a deal on some shimano-only wheels. It worked really well and I recommend it highly.
